  • Epoxies, Adhesives and Solvents

An opportunity has arisen in our Botany, NSW office, for a highly motivated and personable business development manager to join our small and enthusiastic team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will be responsible for managing, driving and growing the Engineering sector of the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and supply partners
  • Identify new opportunities and oversee project sales from concept through to delivery
  • Provide technical support and consultancy for new and existing projects
  • Lead the service team, and assist with maintenance and support of existing production equipment
  • Research and develop new products & technologies
  • Develop and present proposals for sales opportunities
  • Key account manage customers across Australia and New Zealand

Experience:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Basic knowledge of chemical and manufacturing materials
  • 5-10 years experience in relevant industry
