Bowden Liberatore (BL3) is a boutique tax and accounting practice based in Darra.  BL3 is looking for a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. This role is central to building staff capability, supporting professional growth, and ensuring the BL3 team continues to deliver outstanding service.

The Role

You will be responsible for tasks including:

  • Participate in the recruitment process, including candidate assessment and onboarding.
  • Designing and deliveringtraining for new staff in the early stages of employment.
  • Provide ongoing training and upskilling for established staff.
  • Continuous refinement and improving training processes using technology i.e. AI.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to drive improvement.
  • Performance management of staff to ensure both individual and business advancement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or staff development in a professional service environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Highly professional, punctual and a strong attention to detail.

Note: Formal qualification/s in training and assessment e.g. Cert IV in training and assessment is highly desirable.
