You'll play a key role in leading the Group Performance results, evaluating business performance, uncovering trends, and transforming complex financial data into actionable insights. Your work will influence decision-making across the Group, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the delivery of Group management results, ensuring alignment with reporting requirements.
  • Provision of analysis across industry trends, risks and opportunities, turning them into strategic insights.
  • Partner with divisional finance and business teams to understand performance drivers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to shape reporting and decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement across analytics, reporting processes and data quality.
  • Mentor and coach analysts, supporting their professional growth.

About you

  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced finance professional with a background in Financial Services or Corporate Finance (insurance experience is beneficial).
  • Strong analytical thinker with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communicator, able to collaborate and influence across teams.
  • Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically skilled in finance, accounting or actuarial analysis.
  • Passionate about turning numbers into insights that drive decisions.
