The Bidet Shop is a business established on the Gold Coast for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on providing a professional service to all our customers, and a can-do attitude in the performance of our duties, both allocated and required to complete the daily work routine.

We are currently seeking dispatch person. The position will suit a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch operations.
  • Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory and dispatch systems.
  • Resolve delivery issues and provide excellent service support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in dispatch or logistics (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
