About the role
Annabel Trends' is seeking a driven and organised Dispatch Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Dispatch Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatch and delivery of our products across Australia and New Zealand from our Burleigh Heads warehouse along with leading and assisting our Picker/Packer team. This is a full-time position based at our Burleigh Heads location.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring orders are processed and shipped on time
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to optimise productivity and efficiency
Analyse dispatch data and identify opportunities for process improvements
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock management best practices
Liaise with customers, couriers and other stakeholders to provide excellent service
Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations
Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills
Working on the floor with the Picker/Packer team
What we're looking for
Proven (3-5 years) experience as a team leader or supervisor in a similar role within logistics or warehouse environments.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
Working knowledge of ERP warehouse management systems and order fulfilment processes
Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is highly desirable
A coachable mindset along with being consistent and reliable.
