About Us:

Laser Plumbing Orange is a leading provider of high-quality plumbing services in Orange, NSW. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team.

Job Description:

This role is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of our business. As Service Co-Ordinator and Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service duties, including:

  • Customer Service:
  • Answering phone calls and emails from customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Preparing invoices and processing payments.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • General office administration duties as required.
  • Scheduling:
  • Scheduling appointments for plumbing services with customers.
  • Coordinating technician schedules and ensuring optimal planning.
  • Managing emergency service calls and dispatching technicians promptly.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Xero.
  • Experience with SimPro (desirable).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively.
