About the role
Are you a passionate leader who thrives on empowering others and driving excellence? Orange Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic Co-Deputy Director of Pharmacy to join our vibrant team.
You will co-lead a dedicated group of 20 pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. In this collaborative leadership role, you'll work closely with the Orange Hospital Pharmacy Leadership team and the Director of Pharmacy to shape the future of pharmacy services, champion quality improvement initiatives, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
