Due to business growth, we are looking for a Head of Ecommerce - International, to join our iconic fashion house at our Aje Head Office in Redfern.

About this opportunity:

Lead and grow Aje & Aje Athletica's online business across US, Europe, and Middle East

Set and manage International ecommerce budgets in collaboration with Finance and Merchandising.

Define and execute international ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and customer growth targets

Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in new markets in partnership with Marketing & Digital

Manage international pricing strategy, balancing competitiveness, margin, FX, and duties/taxes

Own international budgets, forecasting, and reporting frameworks

Analyse trade performance and make in-season adjustments to maximise results

Share international customer insights with Buying, Planning, and Wholesale to shape assortments

Ensure Northern Hemisphere product ranges reflect international customer demand

Oversee Shopify Markets localisation – content, pricing, currencies, duties, and languages

Lead roadmap for regional site experience, CRO initiatives, and UX improvements

Ensure QA and testing of international-specific site developments

Partner with Brand Visuals & Marketing to deliver tailored campaigns and customer-first activations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service) to align assortment and fulfilment strategies

Leverage Wholesale partnerships to support direct-to-consumer growth

Build and manage a high-performing international ecommerce team

Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement

Act as a senior leader in the business, representing international ecommerce priorities

Ensure consistency of KPIs and alignment with Finance and senior leadership

Inspire collaboration across teams to drive global brand growth

You will bring:

Proven leadership in ecommerce within a fashion, luxury, or retail business, with international experience.

Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership.

Experience with Shopify Plus and Shopify Markets preferred.

Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs, trading levers, and customer behaviours.

Ability to influence product and range decisions with insights and data.

Knowledge of localisation strategies, including content, UX, pricing, duties/taxes, and language.

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strategic thinker with operational execution capability.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Highly analytical and customer-focused mindset.
