We are looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to join our dynamic remote-first team.

This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on marketing experience, either in a previous role, a parallel industry, or maybe you've been learning yourself. If you've worked on campaigns, managed budgets or had experience fine-tuning ads and copy, even better.

You should be organised, dependable and have a sharp eye for detail. You'll be reviewing campaign data, optimising ads, and working across multiple platforms to get the best results for clients.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, but we're only considering applicants based in SE QLD. Our team lives around the region, and we like to catch up in person for the occasional coffee.

You'll be working directly with our GM and collaborating closely with our creative and strategy teams.

The focus of the role is on creating, running and optimising campaigns across digital platforms. You'll need to align ads, copy and targeting with client objectives, and be comfortable making adjustments that improve results.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms
  • Review campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Align ad copy, creative and targeting with client objectives
  • Deliver weekly reporting and insights
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend
  • Support the team with testing and new campaign ideas

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • You've run digital campaigns and understand how to optimise performance
  • You know your way around Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms
  • You enjoy improving results by testing different approaches
  • You're comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from them
  • You can write or edit ad copy that speaks to the campaign goal
  • You've used tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager or reporting dashboards (not essential)
  • You're diligent with detail and reliable with deadlines
