NightOwl is an Australian owned and operated Franchise and Corporate Store Network with a proud 50+ year history in the retail sector. With over 80 stores across QLD, NSW & WA, we continue to grow and evolve, offering a mix of traditional convenience and convenience petroleum formats.

We're currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their marketing career, whether you're fresh out of uni or looking to transition into a variety of industries. You'll be part of a high-performing team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. Based at our Franchise Support Office in Kangaroo Point, this role is exposed to strong marketing support networks across our affiliated businesses, The Benson Hotel and Think Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help create engaging visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and presentations.
  • Monitor website performance and conduct regular SEO audits.
  • Plan, create and schedule digital content across digital media platforms.
  • Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads).
  • Contribute to the creation of Electronic Digital Marketing.
  • Keep content fresh and relevant on the Owl Club App.
  • Help monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Stay informed on digital trends and competitor activity.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas.
  • Support the marketing team with general admin and project tasks.

To Be Successful:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (highly regarded).
  • Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Indesign required, Canva, highly regarded).
  • Solid understanding of and experience managing social media platforms.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, and Meta Ad platforms required).
  • Experience with WordPress websites highly regarded.
  • Flexible marketing skills for any business.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team goals.
