Westpoint Autos has been a leading Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, Isuzu UTE, Mahindra, SsangYong, LDV, GWMand one of the largest dealer used car operations in Brisbane, we have major sites and service centres in Indooroopilly, Moorooka, Darra, Springwood and Hillcrest.

Due to continued growth and to further continue our success, we require an appropriately qualified and experienced Automotive Registrations Clerk to join our Sales & Administration team. This position will be based at one of our multi-franchised, new and used vehicle dealerships.

The role will be responsible for performing automotive clerical duties including but not limited to: vehicle registrations - new and used, acquisitions, transfers, cancellations and full control of onsite vehicle books and keys.

The successful applicant will be a highly competent and experienced Automotive Administration Clerk with a strong working knowledge of registering new and used vehicles. The ability to apply strategic and analytical thought, follow strict processes and deadlines and adhere to all internal, Queensland Transport and Manufacturer policies and procedures will ensure this position is both rewarding and enjoyable.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to register new and used vehicles in Queensland (accreditation preferred)
  • Solid previous experience working within a dealership environment
  • Sound knowledge of automotive administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills essential)
  • Immaculate personal presentation and portrays a professional image
  • The ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and knowledge share
  • A current Drivers Licence
