Junior Medical Administration Officer – Full Time | Entry Level

Are you a recent high school graduate or looking to begin your career in healthcare admin? We're offering a fantastic full-time opportunity to join our supportive team as a Junior Medical Administration Officer, where you'll play a key role in helping hospitals and radiologists deliver timely and accurate medical reports.

Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8:30am – 5:00pm

Work in a professional medical environment with full training provided in our Mount Waverley location

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate the delivery of medical reports between hospitals and radiologists
  • Manage incoming requests and ensure accurate documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals
  • Track report progress and meet deadlines
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks
