An exciting opportunity exists to join our Event Management & Destinations team as Marketing & Communication Manager leading our Marketing & Communications team. The Marketing & Communication Manager leads the delivery of marketing and communications for City Parklands Services' activations, events, campaigns, and experiences for the people of, and visitors to, Brisbane including the development and execution of destination and event marketing campaigns and communications outputs including media relations and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for a team member who is eager to:

  • Lead the development and delivery of marketing and public relations campaigns that promote City Parklands' places, spaces & events
  • Liaise with City Parklands' key stakeholders including Brisbane City Council
  • Manage event & precinct focused marketing and PR campaigns, with a strong focus on driving ticket sales & increasing visitor numbers brand development and updates for City Parklands' produced events schedule.
  • Deliver stakeholder, corporate and internal communications to support business objectives
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the Marketing & Communications team.
