Employment Type: Full Time (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - flexible days except Tuesday)

About the Role

Allied Vic Park is seeking an experienced and adaptable dentist to join our dynamic practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dental professional who thrives in creating and working within a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of providing immediate, effective solutions to diverse patient needs.

  • Independent practice style - Perfect for experienced practitioners who can work autonomously

  • Flexible full-time schedule - Work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Tuesday off)

About You

We're looking for a dentist who:

- Has several years of experience working independently in a busy dental practice (or has done 2 years in a busy rural practice)

  • Excels at rapid assessment and treatment planning

  • Can implement effective solutions within short appointment timeframes

  • Has experience working in similar fast-paced, problem-focused environments

  • Is comfortable managing diverse cases with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrates strong clinical decision-making skills under time pressure

Ideal Candidate Background

- Local experience preferred - Understanding of the local patient demographic and their specific needs

  • Problem-solving focus - Experience in practices where patients seek immediate solutions rather than preventive care

  • Independent operator - Proven ability to manage complex cases efficiently and effectively

  • Adaptable approach - Comfortable with varied case types and quick turnaround requirements
