About the Role

As an integral part of the conveyancing team, you'll manage property matters end-to-end — working directly with clients, brokers, and agents to deliver an exceptional experience. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your work, supported by smart systems and a collaborative team that values autonomy and excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    3+ years' experience
    in residential conveyancing
  • Strong multi-jurisdictional expertise in
    WA, SA, NSW, VIC or TAS
  • (ANY TWO STATES, BUT MUST INCLUDE WA)
  • Proven ability to manage files
    independently from start to finish
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
  • Commercial mindset with a
    proactive, solutions-focused
    approach
  • Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
  • Confident using
    PEXA
    and practice management tools such as
    Smokeball, TriConvey
    , or similar

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage conveyancing matters from
    contract to settlement
  • Liaise confidently with clients, brokers, and agents
  • Work autonomously with precision

    to streamline processes
