ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Experienced Buyer's Agent/Advocate, you'll own the end-to-end property acquisition journey for your clients—from first meeting to keys in hand. This isn't a desk job; it's about getting out there, unearthing opportunities (especially off-market gems), and delivering results that matter. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Source & Secure Properties: Hunt down both on- and off-market opportunities that align with your clients' goals—whether they're homebuyers or savvy investors.

  • Negotiate Like a Pro: Use your skills to secure the best price, terms, and outcomes—your clients will love you for it.

  • Build Rock-Solid Relationships: Develop and maintain strong networks with agents, vendors, and property professionals to unlock exclusive opportunities.

  • Own the Client Experience: Guide buyers every step of the way—research, inspections, due diligence, contract negotiations, and settlement.

  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep your finger on the pulse of local market trends, property values, and emerging hotspots.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A licensed real estate agent with 1+ year experience in residential property sales or buying.

  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on networking and uncovering off-market deals.
