About Your Role

  • Bring learning to life through fun, engaging activities that make education feel like play.
  • Be a guide in children's discovery journeys, sparking curiosity and creativity.
  • Support emotional well-being, build strong relationships, and share joyful moments. From greetings to mealtimes.
  • Keep the environment clean, safe, and inviting.

About You:

You're passionate about early education and creating meaningful learning experiences. You thrive in a community where every child is valued. You will:

  • Help implement a thoughtful program that meets individual and group needs.
  • Capture the moment by documenting learning, assess progress, and create inspiring learning spaces indoors and out.
  • Foster respectful, nurturing interactions with every child.

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards.
  • Blue Card (Child Related Employment)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
