About the Role

You'll be the key technical lead overseeing ERP architecture and integration within a large enterprise environment. This is a strategic, cross-functional role requiring both technical depth and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions that align with enterprise strategy
  • Define architectural standards, frameworks, and integration approaches
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and delivery teams
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient system designs
  • Guide the selection, configuration, and deployment of ERP technologies
  • Oversee system interoperability, data integrity, and performance optimisation
  • Provide architectural leadership across transformation and digital programs
About You

You're a strategic thinker who enjoys shaping enterprise-wide solutions while staying hands-on enough to guide delivery teams. You're confident influencing stakeholders, comfortable in complex environments, and driven by designing systems that actually work in the real world.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, ideally within ERP or enterprise system domains
  • Enterprise-level experience designing or integrating large-scale business systems
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and cloud principles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into robust, future-proof technical solutions
  • Exposure to Workday or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (beneficial but not essential)
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in modernising enterprise environments
