Role Overview:

Reporting to our Superintendent Planning and Reliability and as a member of our Maintenance Planning team this is a great opportunity to grow your skills, experience and add operational value.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Raise quality Notifications for any corrective work as required – Condition Monitoring, work requests, follow up tasks etc.
  • Liaise with workshop and operations supervisors to complete weekly plan for all mobile equipment under the maintenance department's control.
  • Review the long term plan and meet with Supervisor and Superintendent to confirm component change out requirements, ensure components, parts and labor are scheduled.
  • Ensure component change out data is captured.
  • Generate the weekly plan for as per sites requirements and schedules
  • Understand and ensure work is aligned with Asset lifecycle tasks
  • Understand and manage costs for your Assets within budget, raise current and emerging issues with Superintendent
  • Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including all employees, managers and customers.
  • Work independently and with the team to ensure collective and individual goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Comply with Company objectives, policies, procedures, safe work practices, relevant Acts and Regulations

What you Bring:

We are looking of a motivated professional Maintenance Planner looking to use and develop your skills with a changing and growing operation and team.

Including:

  • Relevant maintenance planning experience across mobile
  • Experience using maintenance planning software
  • Experience in underground hard rock mining is desirable
