PACK & SEND is a respected Australian company in the logistics, freight and eCommerce logistics sector, operating over 140 Retail Service Centre's across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our Laverton Melbourne City Service Centre requires a customer focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, along with ongoing coaching and development.

The Role:

· Part-time or Full-time

· Assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments

· Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight

· Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK & SEND vehicle

· Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues

· Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Service Centre

· Ensure customer expectations are met with prompt timely responses and service

To be successful in this role you must have:

· Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area

· Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office

· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

· Strong selling and conversion skills

· A unique ability for quick thinking, problem solving and organising

· Physical fitness with a positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach

· A success and results driven attitude

· Open Drivers License and be confident diving in the CBD
