Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires travel within the assigned region to meet clients and close sales deals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to Meet Sales Targets and Handle Sales Reporting
  • Knowledge of the Logistics and Freight Delivery industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
