Rampage Marine and Fabrication is a fast-growing fabrication business proudly based on the Gold Coast, renowned for custom marine builds, trailers, and precision metalwork. We specialise in aluminium and stainless steel—delivering high-quality craftsmanship with pride, purpose, and attention to detail. Whether it's bespoke boat components, durable trailers, or structural fabrication, our work speaks for itself.

We're expanding and looking for experienced Metal Fabricators who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a high-performing, supportive team.

Your Role

  • Fabricate and weld marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel
  • Interpret technical drawings and build to spec
  • Operate workshop machinery and hand tools
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality
  • Collaborate with a skilled team on custom builds and repairs

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in metal fabrication or aluminium welding
  • Previous experience building boats, trailers or marine equipment, preferred but not essential
  • Experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
