About the role

CPM Engineering Qld is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Gympie, Queensland.  This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Company coordinating our metal fabrication projects liaising with both our Clients and other team members to deliver high-quality products and equipment.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and project teams to ensure the timely completion of projects
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

What we're looking for

  • Experience in managing metal fabrication projects, or equivalent experience
  • Proven expertise in Project Coordination and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
