King Demolition & Excavation Pty Ltd is an established and reputable provider of demolition, excavation, and civil construction services across New South Wales. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Contract Administrator to support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for various commercial and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Lead and support tender submissions, procurement processes, and budget management.
  • Oversee progress claims, variations, and project correspondence.
  • Maintain contract records and support continuous improvement of contract administration processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration within the construction or civil works sector.
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project reporting practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Salary: $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
