Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated
Speech Therapist
to join our team across our
Parramatta, Penrith, and Regents Park clinics
. This is a
full-time, in-clinic role
with occasional visits to homes, schools, and community settings.

In this role, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Support clients with swallowing difficulties (Dysphagia) where required
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary allied health team
• Provide education and guidance to clients' families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports

Qualifications & Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
• Current
  SPA membership
  and eligibility for Medicare provider number
• Strong clinical skills in speech therapy, communication and swallowing management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience within the NDIS framework (desirable but not essential)
