We are beginning our search for keen and motivated Speech Pathologists to join our team in 2025/2026. With a flexible start date, this opportunity is perfect for both final-year students preparing to graduate and qualified Speech Pathologists who are ready for their next chapter.
At Kids' Care Collective, you'll find more than just a job — you'll be welcomed into a warm, person-centred, and supportive team that values growth, collaboration, and celebrating the unique strengths of every child and clinician.
Company Description
At Kids' Care Collective, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive. Our team of passionate Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists work hand-in-hand to support children under 12 years of age. We pride ourselves on being more than just clinicians — we're collaborators, cheerleaders, and problem-solvers who celebrate each child's unique strengths while helping them overcome challenges. Our approach is outcomes-driven but heart-led, ensuring families feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
Role Description
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist who shares our passion for making a meaningful difference in children's lives. This full-time hybrid role, based in Ravenhall, VIC, offers the flexibility to combine in-clinic work with some work-from-home days.
As a Speech Pathologist at Kids' Care Collective, you'll:
- Build trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Assess, diagnose, and support speech, language, and communication needs with creativity and care.
- Design therapy plans that are not only evidence-based but also playful, engaging, and tailored to each child's world.
- Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to create a team around the child.
- Celebrate the small wins and big breakthroughs that help children grow in confidence and connection.
This is more than a role — it's an opportunity to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is felt daily.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology
- Australian Driver's License and access to a car
