Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), display networks, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
  • Manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Create, test, and optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to maximise performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media marketing, particularly within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., content, design, product marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to continually improve campaign effectiveness

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns for ROI, and achieve performance targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the financial services, fintech, or online trading industry is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms are a plus.
  • Industry experience or experience in highly regulated industries a bonus
