At Tindo, we're in search of an Administrator to become a valued member of our Operations Team.  In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for service related enquiries, ensuring smooth triage, case management and coordination across internal teams and suppliers. You will ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of our solar installations while delivering outstanding customer service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end scheduling of solar installation and service jobs, working closely with customers, technicians, and key stakeholders. You'll handle bookings, respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, and utilise IT platforms to ensure a smooth workflow. This position is suitable for a candidate who is eager to learn new skills.

Our premium solar panels made in Adelaide are renowned for their superior quality and lifetime performance, all with very minimal maintenance required from the homeowner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide customer service support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic scheduling or service-related issues, recording job notes etc
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including MYOB, CRM and Office processes
