We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration/Accounts Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role:

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and accounts support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations and expense management
  • Managing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier statements

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administration and/or accounts role
  • Proficiency in Xero is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
