We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration/Accounts Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and accounts support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and expense management
- Managing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier statements
About You:
- Proven experience in an administration and/or accounts role
- Proficiency in Xero is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
