Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Western Australian Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.

In this role you will be mainly looking after the Health, Corporate & Performance Segment in Western Australia.

As a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Perth Metro.

Your Impact
  • Proactively manage your territory by maintaining and growing existing accounts while identifying new prospects and expand market share within the segment
  • Consistently achieve local sales, profitability and cash flow targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and segment trends
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in alignment with Technogym's sales code and standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products, services, and solutions
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or health sectors
  • Proven ability to manage complex deals and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Solid CRM experience; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in autonomous roles and collaborative environments
  • Passionate about wellness and excited to represent a global leader in the industry
