About the Role

This full-time role is ideal for an experienced
Sales Account Manager
who's ready to take ownership of a large territory. You'll nurture long-term customer relationships, drive growth through existing accounts, and actively seek new opportunities to expand our reach and brand awareness.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing a large sales territory and meeting KPIs
  • Strong selling, planning, and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
  • Quick learner with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Hairdressing or beauty industry experience (a plus, but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for the hair industry is a must
