Who you are…
You have a passion for hospitality. You are possibly working in a hospitality environment and looking for a change. You are working 25+ hrs per week but don't see a future where you are currently working. You might need a change, just to see what's out there
OR you could be studying at uni and need to work 25+ hrs to survive
Must be available for most days and nights.
Role Responsibilities:
- On shift you are thinking of the 'now' and also 3 steps ahead. Anticipate, Adapt and Improvise
- Are able to lead your department and support your colleagues throughout the venue
- Lead from the front, greet all our guests and make everyone feel welcome.
- Operate with a controlled sense of urgency.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Exemplary cash handling
- Communicate and adhere to company's policies and procedures
- Communicate with team effectively
Skills / Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience in all hospitality drivers.
- Solid understanding of the following: Bars, Front of House Bistro, Gaming, TAB and Keno. At least 3 out of the 5 is required.
- Professionally presented, committed, trustworthy and responsible.
