Our company Everllence Australia (formerly known as MAN Energey Solutions Australia) is in search of an experienced and energetic Service Mechanical Engineer to join our PrimeServ Marine & Power Perth team and carry out the following tasks:

· Customer Service including helping with any customer inquiries about Everllence products.

· Organising, planning, overseeing, assisting with the assembly, erection, operation and maintenance of Company's engines and machinery.

· Assisting with engine overhauls (4-stroke and 2-stroke large bore engines) and machinery on both, domestic and overseas sites, involving frequent travel.

· Carrying out site visits and on-site work as and when necessary.

· Studying and analysing mechanical systems, engines and components to evaluate their performance.

· Inspecting, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, and investigates mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance issues.

· Assisting in supervising the service, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Everllence products when required.

· Understanding technical documentation including Everllence service manuals and manufacturers' instructions and manuals

· Preparing job/service reports and any other relevant reports.

· Preparing tenders and quotations for service or installation work of any Everllence or OEM products in consultation with the Manager PrimeServ.

· Liaising with the Engine Sales Department concerning customer product inquiries

· Obtain information on competitors' products, activities, and pricing on service or parts

· Assisting with implementing the Integrated Quality Management System procedures at Everllence work places and sites.

· Participating in sales and marketing of PrimeServ.

· Signing of tender quotations, contract acceptance and contract purchases in accordance with the Staff Authority Approval sheet.

· Maintaining suitable level of technical competencies and product knowledge.

· Attending training as required by Everllence. Delivering on-the job training to other staff as required.

· Assisting with implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System procedures at Everllence work places and sites.

Selection Criteria:

• Mechanical Engineer tertiary qualification and a hands-on experience in same/similar role
• Sea going, power station, or industrial plant experience
• Broad based reciprocating engine experience and or interest in control systems
• Hands-on experience with 4-stroke and 2-stroke large bore engines and equipment
• Fluent with MS Office applications and report writing
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Australian drivers licence
• Ability to travel
• Australian citizen and/or Permanent Residency visa holders highly desirable
• Candidates living in Perth highly desirable
