Our client is a well-respected home maintenance organisation that is family orientated with a genuine desire to deliver the best possible outcome for customers.

Due to business growth, they are now seeking a proficient and self-motivated trades person with a depth of experience in home maintenance to join the team. This varied role is office based with on-site visits to new and existing clients to discuss project requirements. No longer working on the tools, your hands-on experience is still a must-have for success

This is a pivotal role within the business needing excellent customer relationship-building skills and an adaptable, friendly, problem-solving approach.

**About the Role**

This role provides the interface between customer needs and delivery of projects and is therefore critical to the reputation of the business.

In particular, the role is responsible for the end-end management of projects including taking initial calls, site visits and measure-ups, quote preparation and administration, scheduling of projects and materials orders as well as project management on a daily basis.

**To Be Successful**

You will be a self-motivated and dedicated handyperson who is able to translate your broad expertise in home maintenance to project estimating, planning and delivery. With a genuine passion for home maintenance and improvement, you will have a strong commitment to getting the job done to a high standard.

Adaptable and approachable you will be able to think outside of the box to creatively help customers achieve the best project outcome. Weather happens and the ability to prioritise and manage fluid timelines is a must.

Your core values of trustworthiness and honesty will align strongly with that of the organisation.

Lastly, a sense of humour will see you fit well with the team

**Role Requirements**
- Knowledge of home maintenance project planning
- Experience in a broad range of home improvement tasks
- Computer literate
- Fully conversant with MSoffice
- Knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes
- Experience using a CRM for invoicing and project planning preferred
- Current Victorian Driving License with own vehicle
- **Desired but not essential**_
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Experience using SalesForce as a project management and invoicing tool

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
