About the Role

We're looking for an
Arabic
Speaking
Junior Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about marketing, has experience running or assisting with paid ads, and loves bringing creative ideas to life. You'll work closely with our strategy, creative, and ad management teams to help deliver campaigns that generate real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimising
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    ,
    TikTok
    , and
    Google Ads
    campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on
    ad ideas, visuals, and copywriting
    .
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports and insights.
  • Conduct research on competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
  • Help review and proof creative content before campaigns go live.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, ad formats, and platform updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Prfessional or Arabic Speaking
  • 1–2 years of experience running or assisting with paid campaigns across Meta, Google, or TikTok.
  • A creative mindset — someone who enjoys brainstorming ad ideas and thinking outside the box.
  • Basic understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, or Ads Manager is a plus.
