HR Business Partner
, you'll be part of that journey from the ground up.

This is a
newly created role
designed for someone who's energised by growth, loves a challenge, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You'll have the freedom to make your mark and the trust to make decisions that shape our people experience.

While you'll report to a supportive part-time leader, much of your work will be
autonomous
making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes independently, while still having guidance when needed.

What you'll be doing

• Partner closely with business leaders to
  understand their needs and provide HR support that drives results
  .
• Lead end-to-end
  recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  , ensuring we attract and retain exceptional allied health professionals.
• Support
  employee relations matters
  , including meeting coordination and simple investigations, with professionalism and care.
• Deliver
  HR projects
  and initiatives that strengthen our culture, systems, and employee experience.
• Use HR metrics and insights
  to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Support
  employee development and performance management,
  including collaborating on training or development initiatives.
• Work hands-on in
  Employment Hero
  , ensuring our HR systems, processes, and data are running smoothly.
• Ensure
  HR practices comply with relevant laws and standards
  .

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in
  HR or HRBP
  roles, ideally within the
  allied health, healthcare, or broader care services sector.
• Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent managem
  ent, ideally with experience scaling clinical or allied health teams.
• A solid understanding of
  HR and ER fundamentals
  you know how to manage day-to-day issues with confidence and sound judgement.
• The ability to work
  autonomously and proactively
  , comfortable making informed decisions when your manager is offline.
• Experience using
  Employment Hero
  is essential.
• A genuine interest in
  building
  , not just maintaining but you enjoy creating structure, refining processes, and helping a business grow.
• Quick start dates will be prioritised
  , although of course we are looking for the right person for the role
