We are growing and looking for a talented and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

·       Engage with prospective clients to assess their financial status, goals, and risk tolerance

·       Develop and present tailored financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client objectives

·       Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies in response to market conditions and evolving client needs

·       Provide advice on investment strategies, funding sources, and income distribution

·       Establish financial objectives and implement strategies to support long-term wealth creation

·       Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, preparation of budgets, investment reporting, and statutory compliance

·       Refer clients to appropriate external professionals (e.g. legal, tax) where additional services are required

·       Explore and advise on opportunities for clients to establish Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) or access trustee services

·       Drive business development by building strong relationships, attracting new clients, and expanding services in both individual wealth advisory and corporate trustee solutions

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance or a related discipline is essential; RG146 compliance or other relevant certifications will be highly regarded
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning or advisory role
  • Proven ability to work with wholesale or high-net-worth clients (experience in the Asia market is highly valued)
  • Strong existing networks, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, ethical, and client-focused mindset
  • Mandarin language skills are an advantage
