A mid tier accounting practice with numerous smaller offices around regional Victoria; head office sits in Dandenong. They are seeking two financial advisors due to current advisors being at capacity. The role reports into the national Head of Advice and works with a team of advisors and associates at head office, with monthly service to some regional offices. Paraplanning is centralized in another city. A client services team supports delivery. Flexible working arrangements are supported.
Base pay rangeA$140,000.00/yr - A$230,000.00/yr
Role and Responsibilities- Report to the national Head of Advice and work with a team of advisors and associates at head office; service some regional offices on a monthly basis.
- Paraplanning centralized in another city.
- Work with a client services team; build relationships internally with accountants; manage a flow of referrals and a dedicated group of clients to be serviced.
- SMSFs are the norm and the business uses the better platforms in the industry.
- Flexible working arrangements supported.
- Experienced financial advisor and on the register; you hold all the right qualifications.
- Business will consider a range of experience levels, from 2–3 years to many years; retention/farmer types to hunter/closer styles are considered.
Roles offer a sound remuneration structure with a good base and a nice bonus based on reasonable KPIs.
