Key Responsibilities

· Ensure compliance with AFSL obligations under the Corporations Act and ASIC Regulatory Guide 105 (RG 105)

· Oversee investment strategies and decision-making under the Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) structure

· Provide personal advice oversight for wholesale clients, ensuring suitability and alignment with client objectives

· Guide asset allocation and portfolio construction across traditional and digital assets, including cryptocurrencies

· Contribute to governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks

· Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance with ASIC expectations

· Liaise with ASIC, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparent reporting and regulatory alignment

· Support onboarding, training, and supervision of staff involved in financial product delivery

· Assist in the development and refinement of investment policies, procedures, and documentation

· Actively participate in strategic planning and product development initiatives related to crypto investment offerings

About You

You are a seasoned financial services professional with a strong track record in investment management and client advisory, ideally within wholesale markets. You bring sound judgment, regulatory awareness, and a proactive mindset to complex decision-making environments. Whether navigating AFSL obligations or shaping crypto investment strategy, you lead with integrity, precision, and a commitment to compliance.

· Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within the past 8 years across:

• Financial planning: Providing personal advice to wholesale clients

• Investment management: Leading or contributing to investment decisions under an MIS or similar
  structure

• Crypto investment: Experience managing or advising on digital assets (preferred but not essential)

· Strong understanding of AFSL compliance, MDA frameworks, and wholesale client engagement

· Demonstrated discretion with confidential information

· Prior exposure to financial services (mandatory) or cryptocurrency is advantageous

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
