Are you a partnerships professional with experience selling SaaS or Martech through digital agencies?  

We're seeking a Channel & Partnerships Manager – Martech to drive growth through the agency ecosystem across ANZ.

In this role, you'll own agency partner relationships end-to-end - from recruitment and enablement through to joint go-to-market strategies that deliver real customer acquisition and revenue impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Recruiting new SMB-focused digital agencies into the partner program.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of agency partners, ensuring high-touch engagement and alignment on priorities.
  • Driving new service offerings and joint GTM strategies to fuel customer acquisition and growth.
  • Delivering partner enablement, including training and sales tools, to elevate capability and performance.
  • Analysing partner performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally in SaaS, Martech, or the agency ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving new business and partner success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
