How will you make an impact

The Senior Marketing Technology Manager specialises in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to lead the orchestration, execution, and optimisation of cross-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement across lifecycle journeys, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to deliver personalised, scalable campaigns. The role leads a small team, driving best practices in marketing automation, and championing the adoption of AEP across AMP's marketing activities.

What you will bring to the role

  • Extensive experience marketing automation, campaign management, or Martech roles, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring a team
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including AJO, CJA. Target RTCDP
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalisation
  • Experience designing and executing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web, etc.)
  • Experience working with data teams and using analytics to drive decisions
  • Passion for technology, customer experience, and continuous learning
  • (Strongly preferred): Experience leading a high performing team in a customer-and performance- obsessed culture
  • Ability to operate strategically and implement tactically in a very hands-on environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial business understanding with the ability to pitch marketing effectiveness and ROI to senior business stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail delivering work on time and on budget
  • Experience working in financial services is not essential, but this role requires a demonstrated ability to understand and successfully navigate a complex regulatory environment
