Help people create their tomorrow, while you create yours. We help people with their banking, super, retirement and finances. Through upturns, downturns, recessions, and major life transitions. Every day, we help people see and make more of their financial potential, so that they can create their tomorrow. And we've been doing it for over 175 years. If we do our job well, we genuinely add to the prosperity of our country and its people.

How will you make an impact

Our Platforms and Investments Marketing team drives growth for North and AMP's investment solutions by delivering targeted marketing and adviser engagement for our B2B (Financial Adviser) audience. We're responsible for strategy, campaigns, and initiatives that support commercial outcomes and deepen our adviser partnerships.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager - Product & Projects, the Product Marketing Manager will act as the operational engine behind transformation initiatives and product requirements. The role is responsible for translating product road-map items into engaging, adviser-ready marketing deliverables—owning the documentation, approvals and channels that underpin successful launches, and ongoing marketing activities.

What you will bring to the role
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B product-marketing or content-management roles, preferably within financial services
  • Demonstrated expertise managing documentation and marketing collateral in a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with marketing-approval processes and digital asset-management tools (e.g., Sharepoint, Adobe AEM)
  • Strong project-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Solid understanding of customer-lifecycle marketing and adviser / distribution channel dynamics
  • Track record of working effectively with distribution and product teams to improve clarity and consistency of messaging
  • An open mind and big picture thinking, willing to push the boundaries and advocate for your data backed strategies
  • Experience working within a cross functional team where you will need to brief our creative studio, media agencies, creative agencies and data and analytics teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
