The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our National Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • After-sale care: Communicate to customers to identify and provide solutions to their after-care enquiries. This may include handling customer care complaints and handling accessory sales.
  • Pre-sale enquiries: Answer sales-related enquiries and guide consumers through the product selection process.
  • Data processing: Enter store orders into our manufacturing system with high accuracy and efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • You are customer-focused and solution-driven.
  • You can communicate with clarity and professionalism regardless of the situation.
  • You have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment with Zendesk is highly regarded but not necessary.
