YOUR ROLE

As the Internal Communications and Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating internal messaging and providing day-to-day administrative support to both the HR and leadership teams. This part-time role plays an important role in keeping employees informed, engaged, and connected across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and distributing internal communications, newsletters, and intranet posts
  • Supporting employment branding initiatives across digital and social platforms
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and scheduling
  • Maintaining communication calendars and assisting with reporting
  • Preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting general administration

ABOUT YOU

You are a well organised communicator with a proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion. You bring strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset that supports smooth internal operations.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Experience in administration or internal communications (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative
