Job Description

As the Manager Site Operations – Supply Chain, you will lead the Supply Chain Brisbane operations portfolio, owning all warehouse, logistical and safety outcomes. This includes people, process and project leadership with a focus on highly effective stakeholder management, risk management and service performance, to world class levels.

At its core, this leadership position ensures outstanding distribution, logistics, safety and regulatory performance, as well as staff development.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Extensive experience in leading operational, safety and service outcomes within a highly regulated logistical operation
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of supply chain teams
  • A data driven, analytical mind, with proven strategic and innovative thinking abilities
  • Outstanding stakeholder focus with evidence of building constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external supply chain stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively with senior management through formal and informal networks
  • Ability to display initiative and sound judgement when required to make decisions, gaining cooperation whilst sometimes dealing with ambiguity or competing priorities
  • The discipline of execution, and proven outcomes through structure
