Casual Chef Position – 35 Hours/Week (Flexible)

Location: 350 Bourke Street, Surry Hills

About Us:

We are craft Australian rum distillery offering a unique mix of Australian and American cuisine in a friendly, neighbourhood restaurant-style setting. Our team is passionate about great food and exceptional drinks, and we're looking for a talented casual chef to join us in creating exciting dishes and seasonal menus.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in cooking Australian and American-inspired dishes
  • Ability to work independently and create innovative seasonal menus
  • Stock management and cost control skills
  • Open to students (hours can be adjusted to suit)
  • Ability to work efficiently within a small team
  • Must be available to work from Wednesday to Sunday
