We're looking for a charismatic bartender. Someone with a strong foundation in wine, beer and spirits, and a real passion for hospitality. You bring good energy to a room, take pride in your work, and know how to make guests feel welcome and well looked after. From shaking to pouring to presenting a drink, every movement becomes part of the guest experience. When it's done well, people notice.

This role isn't just about pouring drinks. It's about taking pride in the way you work — clean, confident and consistent. You understand the flow of a busy bar, you move with purpose, and you know that great service isn't loud, it's seamless.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits

  • Cocktail experience essential

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Current RSA certification
