**Lotus Dining Group** has 7 restaurants across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West boasting modern Chinese cuisine, delicious dumplings, award wining wine lists and sophisticated signature cocktails. We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager junior bartender to join our professional team Summer Hill.
- A genuine love of working in a bar
- Have previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
- Have excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Have proven experience working & leading within a successful team environment
- Have valid RSA & competency card
- Have capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
- Be able to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
- Be available; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

**Salary**: $28.46 - $34.16 per hour
