Waiters, Baristas

Love good food, great coffee, natural wine, and being part of a fast-paced, fun team? We're on the hunt for reliable, experienced, friendly and energetic legends to join us at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery as waitstaff, bartenders, and baristas.

We're currently hiring for:

• Waitstaff - confident on the floor, great with guests, and able to keep things moving during busy service Around 20 hours available (more if wanted) must be available at least one weekend day.

• Bartenders - experienced behind the bar and comfortable working with cocktails, wine, and beer (RSA required) coffee experienced preferably but can be trained. Around 20 hours available (more if wanted)

• Baristas – confident on the machine, able to work under pressure, and produce consistently great coffee

• Restaurant Supervisor - someone with strong leadership skills, experience running busy shifts, and a hands-on approach to supporting the team and delivering great service

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• A friendly, professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Good communication and a genuine team player

• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends

• Someone who's reliable, friendly, and a team player

• RSA for bartenders (a must)
