The day to day

Build and implement enterprise-wide frameworks for identifying, assessing, managing, and resolving data incidents.

Develop and lead initiatives to improve data resilience, including proactive risk identification, scenario planning, and recovery strategies.

Act as the main point of contact for reporting data incidents and communicating with internal collaborators.

Lead coordination across data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, legal, and business units during incident response.

Establish and monitor critical metrics for data incident management and resilience.

Build and mentor a high-performing team passionate about data incident response and resilience.

Why you are our next Associate Director - Data Resilience & Incident Management

You have a deep understanding of data management technologies and standard methodologies.

You ideally have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills distinguish you.

You possess familiarity with data incident management tools and platforms.

You possess practical understanding of data analytics, architecture, and data lifecycle management.

Certifications in risk, data governance, or incident response (e.g., CIPP, CRISC, CDMP) are a plus.

Your knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management, SPAM Act, Privacy Law, etc., is outstanding.
